Ox Hill Realty LLC is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Fairfax, VA

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking marketing department initiatives. They support the entire department by keeping the departmental calendar and files organized and up to date, and they oversee the inventory of promotion and sales support materials. Key duties include interpreting marketing data, brainstorming strategies, and coordinating vendors to executive vision. The Marketing Coordinator also oversees the logistics of occasional marketing events, from managing registrations to ordering marketing collateral and promotional items.

This is a full-time, in-person position working out of our Fairfax, VA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Marketing in creating and evaluating strategies and program performance that promote and build the Ox Hill Brand.
  • Maintain marketing department files and calendars in SharePoint.
  • Leverage technology resources to generate reports and analyze key marketing metrics.
  • Review and appropriately respond to or distribute emails in shared inboxes.
  • Collect estimates from vendors for print jobs from marketing collateral to exterior signage.
  • Manage company inventory of sales and promotional materials.
  • Work in conjunction with our partners to draft and schedule email campaigns.
  • Copywrite and proofread text for web, sales sheets, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with and support Ox Hill team members, both inside and outside the marketing department, to achieve company and marketing department goals.
  • Independently coordinate marketing events of varying sizes such as internal department meetings, parties for clients/prospects, sales events, and sponsored participation in larger community events.
  • Other marketing-related duties as assigned.


Education/Experience Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • Strong English communication skills are a must.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office products and a strong familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading.
  • Must maintain current knowledge of marketing trends.
  • SEO and basic HTML knowledge are a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce, email service providers, and media monitoring tools are a plus, but not required.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
